You must supply DOT-approved oral fluid collection devices and unexpired CCFs for hands-on class. Certified Training Solutions may offer these for an additional fee (if available). Supplies are provided only to students paying the full fee for both components. Limit: One set per student.
Important Note:
- The fee for this course does NOT include a monitor/trainer’s services or device proficiency demonstration.
- Per federal regulations, students must complete a hands-on proficiency training after finishing the online course.
- You are not qualified to perform collections until both components are complete.
- DOT rules require separate device proficiency training for each oral fluid collection device. If using multiple devices, a separate demo/training class fee applies for each.
