These courses fulfill the 2nd component of DOT-required training for Screening Test Technicians (STTs): Device/Instrument Proficiency Training.

What you will learn?
In this hands-on proficiency course, you will:
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting DOT alcohol screening tests
- Complete 5 consecutive, error-free mock tests using your screening device
- Follow DOT procedures under a qualified trainer's observation
- Earn a Proficiency Certificate upon successful completion
- Become fully qualified to conduct DOT alcohol screening tests

- Fee is for the device proficiency training only. The online procedures training course must be purchased separately and completed prior to the live/webcam class.
- Certification: Provided upon successful completion of mock testing
- Device Coverage: Select screening test devices only (listed on NHTSA’s Conforming Products List)
