Course Details
This is a 5-hour, self-paced training program that covers:
- Full DOT Urine Collector Training
- Collector Trainer Module

How Instructor Certification Works
Students must complete both training components:
Component 1
Online Procedures Training
Component 2
Hands-On Proficiency Demonstration (5 mock collections under qualified trainer observation)
Must be completed within 30 days of each other to ensure compliance.
- Webcam proficiency training is available (additional fee).
- Certification is valid for 5 years, per DOT regulations.
Please Read Carefully:
- Only students who have completed the procedures course may attend mock proficiency training.
- No refunds for failure to complete training or no-shows.
- Less than 3 business days’ notice for rescheduling = re-payment of full fee.
- Trainers must sign an agreement confirming they will only train staff within their own facility
